San Bernardino County Public Attorneys Association supports C.A.S.A. Care 4 Kids Run and Community Fair
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (March 25, 2016) – The San Bernardino County Public Attorneys Association recently contributed to the C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of San Bernardino County and Youth Action Project 9th Annual Care 4 Kids Run and Community Fair. The event will include a 3K and 5K walk/run, kids zone and activities for families, music, healthy living demonstrations, and the first 300 registrants will receive a t-shirt and In-N-Out Burger. It will be held April 23.
“We believe that it is our duty to do more than just be employees of this county; we must also be active participants in making the county a better place for everyone,” SBCPAA President Michael Abacherli said. “Every day in court members of our association see how young people are affected by legal cases in the county.”
SBCPAA presented a $500 donation to C.A.S.A. March 16. The funds will be used to fund volunteer screenings, training programs, recourses for advocates, and other services.
