Jim Secord

Jim is a 1983 graduate of Michigan State University, where he was a member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society. He received a law degree from Wayne State University in 1986. He was in private civil practice from 1986 until 2000, when he joined the District Attorney’s office.

His assignments have included the Real Estate Fraud Unit, Special Prosecutions Group (Consumer & Environmental) and the Asset Forfeiture Unit, adjunct assignment to the Appellate Services Unit.
