Dan is a 1977 Graduate of Taylor University, Business Administration, and a 1980 Graduate of Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. He spent two years as Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Wabash County, Indiana and 19 years of private practice in Southern California doing criminal defense, civil litigation, family law and bankruptcy. He has been a child support attorney since 2002.
